I know prior to last year after a loss, (any loss) I wouldn't come back on this site or watch any sports highlights at least until Wednesday. But now it seems that I've become a bit numb, and find myself here talking to you guys just mere hours after our most recent debacle. I'd hate to think that I'm actually getting used to losing. Unfortunately, the longer this string of ineptitude continues for us, the more that seems to be the case. I'm not giving up (hence my username), I just wanted to know your thoughts.

I'm there already. I'm just trying to figure out what we are going to do to make the team better for next year and I want to see Henne start. Our secondary is terrible.

I'm there with you bro. I have no clue what we can or will do.

I hate to say it, but we've stunk so long it has gotten easier. Less and less expectations makes these losses a little less painful. To be honest I thought we had a chance in this game, but the speed of which we got beat down snapped me back into my normal numb feeling I had all of last year. Another game or two like this it will be like 2007 all over again.

tonight? it was seeing henne run the offense. next week... I might take a nap.

Well after so many losses I just don't react anymore like I use too.

I swear that during the Marino years and even the 1st couple of years with Fiedler, I wouldn't watch ESPN or any highlights for most of the week following a Fins loss. I just couldn't bear reliving a Fins loss. Now, I can't even remember what it is like to win a single game. Its brutal.

I recall a Bears fan coming onto this site immediately after JJ retired and Wanny was named head coach. Said Bears fan stated to mark his words that Wanny would ruin this franchise and we'd soon be the worst team in the NFL. I scoffed and thought there was no way Miami would ever be among the Detroits, Arizonas and Cincinnatis of the league. Now, it appears we are worse. Sad.

it is hard to say, we have won one game in like three years, but my wife usually feels really bad for me when the phins get beat because i take all of them really bad, so she has sex with me and i feel better by kickoff next week

Our total suckage these past several years has shown me that the grass is always greener on the other side. Back when we were a decent team and couldn't get past the second round of the playoffs I would say that it would be better if we just flat out sucked so I wouldn't get my heart crushed every year. Right now I would kill to go 9-7 and get crushed by the Jags 62-7 in the playoffs.

Here's to wives and pity sex:up:

I couldn't even talk to anyone today after I left the bar. It's not that we're losing, it's that we play like pansies. I mean, honestly, WTF was that **** I just saw on the field today? WTF WAS THAT?

I'm getting angry just thinking about it.
