I think he's probably the only player on the team right now other than the rookie draft choices who fits Saban's mold for a prototype player. For that reason I think he'll be back, and we may even draft a LB #1 just so we can have Zach rub off on him before he retires.

Saban likes smart gutsy players. Zach is the epitome of that. And before he got injured, he was the best tackling LB in the entire league. He'll be back, thank god.
I think zach and taylor will both be back .. these guys are warriors and thats a fact.saban talks about guys thudin up well these two are the best we got, besides thier salaries I dont know how we could let them go .. i do think that the cap numbers are high and perhaps some contract negotiations may be in order? Taylor is signed through 2009 and zach till 2008.I know that doesnt mean they will stay,money and the miles these guys have on them may be an issue next year.I hope they are both back.

He was having one of his best seasons... of course he is back.
Zach will be back! I think Zach has 2-3 years left in the tank!

Zach will definately be here next here and im cant see him going anywhere untill he is ready to retire to be honest unless he really is getting old and we have no need for him. But if Saban kept Seau back for another year and knowing how old he was and coming off an injury, he will keep zach, and hes still one of the best lbs in the league.
