The Philadelphia Inquirer's Bob Brookover reports the Philadelphia Eagles had come to a contract agreement with WR Terrell Owens, but when the team called the 49ers the next morning to inform them they had struck a deal, Owens had been traded to the Baltimore Ravens. The unidentified source said Owens and his agent David Joseph were deeply upset, believing that the 49ers made the deal with the Ravens out of spite because the sides have had a tumultuous relationship during this offseason. Owens' first choice, the source said, was to join the Eagles.



They just want top do whatever it takes to piss off Owens!!!

Apparently the 49ers get the last shot in on the 49ers vs T. Owens rivalry.

Guess that will teach him to blow up on the sideline and insult the managment.
