Some form of rebuild is needed. We know Ross hasn't gotten it right in this aspect of an owner yet. Will he screw it up? If so, how do you think it will happen?

Either by doing things half ass like he's done in the past(fire the GM but keep the HC or vice versa) or by not doing anything at all.
There should only be one way to have a chance to do it right and that is by a total rebuild of the FO/HC and let the new GM(that GM should NOT be suggested by anyone from the jets)pick his own HC.
