Having a friendly argument with my friend and he claims cuz Parker is not proven, stills had HOF Qb throwing to him in prime that we can't be considered the best core in football and would put Denver, Lions, Detroit and Buffalo's and Pitt over ours. I'm clearly saying we have the best cuz every wr bring different thing to table, landrys hands, heart, Jennings route running, veteran leadership, stills ability to blow the top off secondaries, Matthews possession wr always knows where chains are, and Parker ability to go up and get it at highest point, all those qualities I say gives us best wr core without me sounding like a homer. Just wondered how u guys thought about how our core stacks up to the other good ones

Hard to rank right now, have to see how these guys respond when they are game planed against, the only known star is Landry and Matthews, Jennings is coming off a poor yr and Stills didn't light it up playing with Brees and Graham on the field ....though we look good on paper, Detroit, Buffalo are proven and the Steelers always get good play out of their WR

I hate to be a wait and see kind of guy, but let's wait and see. Your friend has valid points, but on paper these WRs look very dynamic in a Lazor system. Can't tell yet, but I feel good about the young pass catching talent...and Jennings.

In what world is Matthews considered a star...?

In what world is Matthews considered a star...?

Calling him a star might be much, or at best too early for that, but no denying the kid drops few passes, runs pretty good routes, and does seem to find ways to get behind defenses when asked to.

In what world is Matthews considered a star...?

The same world that claims Jennings had a "poor" year and that fantasy rankings are the only valid standards for players like Kenny Stills.
