If 2016 goes the way it seems like its going for Tannehill and the team, how would you approach the position in 2017? See Poll.

You can't cut Tannehill its just not plausible. 10 million dollar cap hit

I'd draft a QB in the first and keep Tannehill a year until its more plausible to cut him

I thought Tannehill's deal was constructed in such a way to be team friendly and could be cut without much of a hit. Is the cap hit in 2017 really that much?

I think a vet like Romo (if his back ever gets healthy) for 2-3 years would be best for this team. Then we can draft a QB somewhere in the draft....Doesnt even have to be a first rounder (see: Cousins, Dak, Siemians) We've tried grooming QBs for years (Beck, Henne, Tanny) but it just hasn't worked out. It worked out pretty well for the Cardinals and Chiefs and worked out good for us with Pennington.

The RT debacle needs to end. He cannot be on this roster next year no matter what, we need a clean break. Tank (via Doughty) and get the best QB in draft to build around. Sign a vet or even roll with Moore for awhile, it doesn't really matter as 2017 is going to be another building year. If there was a way to move Suh, I would do that as well. He is our best player, but doesn't fit with what this team needs now.

He's got 12 games to earn his keep. Same as the coach as far as I am concerned. If it's a complete disaster, I want to totally break this organization down to nothing, top to bottom. Get people in here that have a solid draft history and pick the right qb. I have no faith in this exec/gm/coach to make the right choice on a qb. They all had their hands on last years draft, so I don't trust any of them.

To soon to say about Dak or Siemian but Cousins is not a top shelf QB and nobody I would want to build around.

Gase and MTB are tied together and will be here for at least 2 more years barring something catastrophic IMO.

That would be the Dolphin way. I wish Romo would hang it up, he's been a bigger disappointment to the Cowboys than Tannehill has to Dolfans.

Have to trade or tank into the top 3 and get a QB. Have to do it. There is no other real way to accomplish it.

No team trades a great QB. They all draft them now. It works. While Jameis, Bortles, Wentz..etc will all have their rough games, it is also clear that those teams have a franchise QB. Maybe not the Jags, but they still made the right choice to grab a QB early.

You can get lucky and hope a QB falls to you in a later round but that has never worked out for the Fins. Neither has trading for a vet QB.

Well that's what we thought about another well respected OC, Cam Cameron.

I can't blame this season on Gase. I see some good things like benching underperforming players regardless of salary (Maxwell) and I think Lippet played well in his place. I still think his offense needs time to gell. Even Tannehill with his limitations can do well in his offense

Anybody want Trevor Seimein? Looks like his time as starter might be over after Lynch came in and did well
