get another 2nd, and then trade the 1st for Tebow ?

It could happen.......Ross may be that desperate. Especially if Flynn signs in Seattle.

Now the Tebow threads heating up.....give it a rest.

NO NO NO NO.
Both our coach and offensive coordinator run the WCO. Tebow is just about the worst QB option for that system.

Ross could do that but it would be a collosally stupid move and basically nullify the signing of Philbin and Sherman.

Now if we had gotten McCoy as our coach their could have been some traction in this thought. Though I would not have been a fan.

Troll thread

Not at all, could happen, could VERY WELL happen. Ross is seeing his season tickets sitting at right around 30,000. That's how many have re-upped so far. Looks like they are on pace to sell around 39,000 (which is the lowest since 1969's 37,000). Ross may see this as his chance to sell 10-15,000 more.

Would that happen ? I don't know, I don't think so, but that is how little faith I have in this owner. Trust me this is not off the table.

I would tell Ross to be the money man, but stay out of the football operation. Jerry Jones is much more football knowledgeable than Ross, and he can't seem to figure it out either. Owners need to be the investor, not the operator.

I think this owner will have to find that out the hard way, if they miss on Flynn.

You think its ugly now, it could get even worse, until he gets it, and bows out gracefully.

Lets hope that Ross is a smart enough business man to realize he shouldn't be making major football decisions but knowing our luck he will force our FO to trade up and then draft Cousins in the top 5...

I would love to trade down and get an extra 2nd round pick this year. so if that did happen we would have 5 picks in the first 3 rounds.....we can build a team with great picks in those rounds. I vote yes to trading down. we aint going now where this year so lets build threw the draft. I vote no to TEBOW though.....

At this point I would rather trade down for more picks to continue improving the team. Unless there is a bonafide stud at the 8 spot I would rather trade down to pick up an extra 2nd or 3rd. I would even be up for finding a sucker that would give next years no. 1 and an additional 3rd or 4th. It is what it is at this point and there may not be a quick turnaround. But we have some very solid pieces in place. We just don't have any specialist. I don't know....trying not to get frustrated at this point.

Its going to be an interesting weekend that's for sure. But if Flynn doesn't sign, all hell could break loose in that FO. I believe (my opinion only) that Ross will be completely out of control and beside himself. He will want Tebow in the worst way.
