2 - 0 or 0 -2?

This is a no brainer for me, but I would be interested in reading other opinions.

I can never pull against the Dolphins so I would love to see them win out as it would create a very positive mindset heading into the offseason.

As it stands now the Dolphins will likely pick in the late teens, and winning out would mean picking around #20. Looking at other teams records, even if the Dolphins lost their last 2 games there are 11 teams that are guaranteed of having a record worse than Miami no matter what.

I recognize that drafting in the early teens is better than the late teens, but in my opinion it is most important to draft wisely. And, there is also the possibility of trading up if a player the Dolphins really want is within reach.

Nothing better than a 6 game win streak to end the season! That could potentially carry into next season!

you could also make an argument for 1-1, i would like to see 2-0, i mean cmon, a 9-7 year is great...it would mean we barely missed the playoffs... im not to down on it, personally i would like KC to loose the rest of their games and same with pitt, so we could say we only finnished one game out of the playoffs if we won the rest, but then on the other hand i would like to have a decent draft pick, but either way i believe were dangerous next year, and it could be a very nice year, im already picking us at 11-5, to early for that though;)

If we had to lose one game, I don't mind losing against the Titans. But we have to TERMINATE the Patriots.

no arguments there, we could get back our winning streak record that the pats stole:evil:....doubt it though:(

There is no way I want us to lose a single game from here on out. A high round draft pick would be nice but I look at it this way; The draft is a compensation based how bad you suck at football. Who wants the destinction of sucking two years in a row? ;)

I trust Saban and his crew to get value wherever we pick. Look at Manny. He's already the best 5th round draft choice of the upcoming draft.

Higher draft pick, avoid having none-winning seasions (.500 or below) for the first time in history.

Hard choice, but I'll go with the latter.;)

Already I've heard a couple of the "experts" touting the Dolphins as a team to watch in 06.

i wanted us to go 0-6 4 weeks ago. so we could get a top 3 pick and get our future qb.
i bet the fins go 6-0.

maybe i should predict fins to go 0-16 and then they might win 16 games in a row.

If we go 9-7 we would be going into the right direction. It would give the organization a sense of pride going into the off-season as we would be gearing up for FA and the NFL draft. Not to mention that the Dolphins are slated to be 30 Million under the cap next season which gives us the opportunity to upgrade a number of positions on our team. I haven't been this excited about FA since i can remember. In Saban we trust!:dolphins:

I like that Deathstar :D --you just go ahead and do that for me---And maybe, just maybe I will grant a wish for another Dan Marino to be drafted next year---just remember Dan was the 6th QB drafted in rnd 1, so whats all the noise about getting the best pick ;)

I would suspect a FA would be more interested in a team that just missed the playoffs and is heading in the right direction than a team that finished below .500 two years in a row.

There isn't any debate. There will be plenty of impact players available from them 12th pick (the best we could possibly get) to the 20th (the worst we could possibly get). So lets go for the wins. Lets show that we can play strong in Decemnber, something that has been lacking in recent Dolphins teams. Lets build momentum for a great season next year. Go Dolphins!!!!
