How young is our D?

I just want to get an idea of how young our D has gotten. I keep hearing people say we need to get younger but I think we already are pretty young on D. so can you guys help me out with the ages of players on our D?

Will Poole - 23
Channing Crowder - 22
Zach Thomas - 32
Jason Taylor - 31
Renaldo Hill - 27
 
Andre Goodman - 27
Sedrick Hodge - 27
Donnie Spragan - 29
T.Tillman - 28
Vonnie Holliday - 30
Y.Bell - 27
Derrick Pope - 23
Deke Cooper - 28

looks like our D is pretty young, I don't get it when they say we need to get younger
 
They have gotten younger this offseason. But the core group on defense is older. Zach Thomas, Jason Taylor, Kevin Carter, and Keith Traylor.
 
Somebody better get that TWO year old off the field!!!

From Seau, 37! .. to ????? (possibly Arrington, 26)

Zack & Jason are getting older but they've DEFINATELY still got it for at least another 3 years??

Before that:
Surtain, 30..to Will Poole 25! &
M. Greenwood, 28 to Crowder 23!!!

thank goodness for your typo. Its getting harder and harder to find stuff to talk about, so we need stuff to laugh about. C'mon draft!

Good premise for a thread - I think our D has a chance to be special. With a savvy veteran core (JT, ZT, KT, KC, VH) and young contributing playmakers (CC, TD, YB, MR, MW, KV, etc). Question, is Zgonina (sp?) back??
 
i just think if you look at our starting front 7 last year it was very old, with crowder being the only one under 30... this year seau is gone, but still our starting Dline is up there, traylor, holliday, carter and taylor... but we have young depth and we have time to develop them so we're ok...

You forgot one key member, Dom Capers, we're going to see alot of crazy schemes this season.
 
We'r in great shape in my opinion especially at the corner position; at DE Matt Roth is a beast in waiting and Taylor still has a few good/great years in him and Bowens aint too bad either and I believe if he falls to us in the 3rd Darryl Tapp would be a great pick up, at LB well there's Crowder.....need i say more about him, and this draft is very deep at LB, DT is my only concern when it comes to age and depth or lack there of and the 2 tackles I want in the draft r most likely gunna be gone by 16
