With such a promising start to the season this guy has been injured almost every week. The Phins are going to need a much more formidable bunch in pass coverage this week than when facing the anemic Jests passing game. Hopefully he can strap up and bolster this unit which will be tested by Big Ben and it will seem so much more fierce than it actually is based on last week's no-show passing game that they faced.:hump:

The Dolphins have arguably the best secondary in the NFL with only one TD pass allowed all season!!! no worries about that. we need to stop the run and the short passing game.

we dont need him the steelers are soft all around
im not even sweating this game
37 -10 thrashing

One TD allowed by wide receivers. Not counting the TDs to tight ends (e.g., Jamar Taylor covering Jimmy Graham) and running backs (e.g., Nolan Carroll covering Darren Sproles). Having said that, I also think the secondary has done a very good job this season. It feels good to finally see some turnovers created after all these years.

I am going to be in Prague over the weekend and will watch the game in a sportsbar over there. If we really beat them 37-10, I am not going to need a hotel room that night.

Even if the posts on this thread have jinxed it, Carroll and Grimes could give up a TD or two each sunday and still be amongst the most tough to score on CB's in the league. When we've struggled, it's been mostly with covering the middle with our LB's and safeties, not with our CB's getting exploited repeatedly on the outside. Big Ben will definitely try that this sunday, so it will be interesting to see how it will play out. With or without Patterson, I'm still far more worried about whether the LB's have come to play.

I was looking at stats, and Dmitri Patterson is like 5th in the league in interceptions....and hes played in like 3-4 games? Lol, that's not bad. Can you imagine if he played every game?

The secondary is looking good because we pressure the QB. Look at the Chiefs, now their secondary and Sean Smith has been exposed because of injuries in their front 7.
