Marcus Vick that is. I just remember that we have him. I'm just wondering how much we're going to use him. He can run fast, throw the ball, maybee some trick plays? I'm no NFL coach, but you can do alot of stuff with him in Madden, lol. What # WR is he?
 
He's number 16, and he had two returns for 12 yards against tampa, and a couple catches against jax.
 
I was at the game last night and he didn't really impress me at WR. They tried to get the ball to him a few times but he wasn't getting open and there were some miscommunications. His returns didn't look bad, he had one called back because of a hold where he made some nice moves but Welker has been more impressive to me.
 
Vick has been silent at WR - pretty much non-existent. He looks really good in the return game though - very fast. I hope he gets a couple catches at WR this week against Carolina.

He didnt get to play much because Hagan got more reps. I think he was WR for 2-3 series could be wrong though.

He needs to step it up a notch then. He's running out of time to impress and secure a spot. I even think WR is even outta the question at this point but who knows. He could bring it the next couple of games.
 
i unfortunately missed our first 2 preseason games because i was away but does anyone have a clip of vick in the game against jax?

And you base that on what?
I think he better have some really outstanding special teams plays or he is Practice squad fodder.
If that happens, it will be interesting to see how he deals with it.

he didn't do anything worth meriting a clip. He caught two passes for less then 10 yards.

I was at the game and paid special attention to the recievers with all the competition going on. Vick was in there more than everyone except for Russell and Gibson. He just didn't do anything with his oppurtunities while Hagan did.
 
Wow, i mean the guy has just learned a complete new position and already has a few catches under his belt. He is very athletic and is only 21.


What do you people mean by saying, o he better step it up fast, or welker is better. THIS IS HIS FIRST TIME EVER PLAYING WR!!!!!!!

he will be fine, give him a year or two to get use to his new position and we'll be good., maybe wait for him to put on some more muscle.
