Gase could use an experienced D-coordinator. Sounds legit!

This is pretty much how other fans would have felt about Shula.

Ahh sort of. Remember that was an all star team that won every regular season game the year before. Obviously it was missing it's biggest piece but still had many that were a part of the 16-0 regular season. Also, it's been well documented on here how easy the schedule was for the AFC East in 2008. While many like to talk about 1st place schedules vs last place schedules the difference in only 2 games. The entire AFC east had an easy schedule in 2008.

Cassel went onto KC and led the Chiefs to the playoffs with a TD/INT ratio of 27/7. Point me in the direction of the last Miami QB to do that????

I remember hating Jimmy Johnson until he was named coach of the Miami Dolphins. It was like he was instantly my dude. Same would hold true for B.B. I’m not one to say this won’t happen either.

I don't think Belichick will come here. My first goal is for them not to win the Super Bowl, breaking up afterwards would be delightful.

I'm going to be pissed if there's an upset in the AFC this weekend. The way I see it:

KC has a chance to win in Foxboro.
Pitt has a chance to win in Foxboro.

Jax has VERY LITTLE chance to win in Foxboro.
Buffalo has NO CHANCE to win in Foxboro.
Tennessee has NO CHANCE to win in Foxboro.

I want NE to have to beat KC and Pitt to get to the big game. I don't want them to get an extra week off.

Putting it that way actually makes it an iota more plausible in my mind. He seems like the exact spiteful prick it would take to make a move like that. Make a decision based solely on revenge for bruising his ego.

I love Gase, and I'm one of his biggest supporters here. But you'd have to at least entertain the thought if a coach of BB's resumé shakes loose.

With all that said, it goes from 0.0% chance all the way to 0.01% chance. How riveting.

i wouldn't write off jax in new England but the one thing that team does that probably should right them off is they beat themselves with stupid stuff on defense extra curricular

they make plays and then they hot dog etc and you just know if they breathe on brady they gonna call it

i'd put the odds on kc if anyone beats the pats though...

Jesus Christ. I like Gase , I'm happy to give him 2 more seasons. That being said, if Bill calls Ross and says he interested, Ross better have Gase's pink slip signed and delivered before he gets off the phone w/ Bill.

Well, BB is very good friends with Jimmy Johnson and both have been boating and fishing together down south. But him coming to
Maybe but there is a difference. The tuna didn't coach our team. BB would be the HC. Parcells was a great chef but wasn't very good at buying the groceries

Belicheck isn't going anywhere and neither is Brady. Same for Gase and Tannehill.

Pats will win the division again next year, and the Dolphins will win 8 or 9 games, and we can have the Gase-Tannehill discussion all over again for 2019.

We would need a Peyton Manning 2015 stat collapse for us to have a chance.

Good thing they got rid of Garapollo, and lets pray they don't find a replacement.

Strongly disagree on Buffalo having no chance. That team has a 2007 New York Giants vibe to them.

That Giants team had a better offense than this Bills team does. When the Bills play anybody else other that the Dolphins, their offense struggles for the most part. The Jags should shut them down pretty easily on Sunday.

Does Bellichik have a girlfriend in Miami?

The patriots Suck! I cannot stand the NFL with its subjective rules of defensive holding and PI and all of the f...ing rules that catered to Brady over the years. Three or 4 or their SB should never be - the patriots raiders championship game when Brady was sacked and fumbled - refs over ruled it - The Seahawks throwing the dumbest interception in NFL history - and last year Matt Idiot getting sacked fumbled when they had the damn game won by kicking a stupid field goal.

And the Dolphins SUCKING for 17 years has been KILLING ME! I can not take it anymore with that ****ty team in NE and all the stupid accolades for that jackass bunch of creeps - when oh when lord are the Dolphins going to be good enough to shut those idiots up forever? When - seriously when? Because right now I am out looking for a bridge to jump off of!

****, if BB was available Ross would be crazy to not fire Gase and give BB whatever he wants. Gase will NEVER accomplish half of what BB has done. As much as I hate the Cheaters, you have to give BB credit.

Bill Belichick wouldn't waste one sentence speaking to someone dense enough to question his coaching ability.

I'm glad I don't watch tape. Apparently it should carry some type of warning, like a cigarette box.

Anybody else think this has some obscure general likeness to Shula, Wayne and Dan as to the end result (and not the drama leading up).

Older HOF QB and the HOF HC who brought him into the league coming to the end of their respective tenures.

Fast forward with Brady gone, BB gone and a team looking to find "life after".

At some point, I think the near sighted Jimmy G trade will come back to haunt that franchise.

And for the record, I'm not saying Jimmy G was Scott Mitchell in that analogy. :)

You're beyond insane if you wouldn't take BB at any role and any level of control desired. He can have full control of ticket prices for all the ****s I give.

Doesn't matter though because it would never happen. He isn't stupid enough to come to this loser of an organization we've become.

Just getting him out of the division would be a huge win for us.
