The one thing that i wouldn't want to change with a new head coach coming in is the hyrbid defense. The defense seemed to gel and play well last year and if the offense helped them out at all we could have won alot more games.

It worked fine with the front 7, but maybe the secondary would perform better with a change of direction, or at least a modification in order to get the best out of what appeared to be a poor group of players this year.

That's why I would like to see Capers get the HC job. Continuity on defense but the offense is an abomination and should be gutted. If Capers doesn't imprress, fire him and hire Cowher next year when he is free and clear.

That's why Capers should stay, but I don't like him as a head coach candidate.

Seriously hope we keep Capers as DC, I'll take #4 ranked defense any day. Hopefully they bring in an offensive minded HC and keep Capers to handle the defense.

Put maybe 1 more speedster back there, start Jason Allen, and our hybrid defense could be some serious stuff.

I really don't understand the desire to get Cowher. He had the best Defense in the league but is such a poor big game coach there were 3 superbowls that weren't won by Pittsburgh that should have been. This year was a prime example. Ben wasn't good and Batch was, yet Ben kept playing.

I like the guys passion and fire, but he's no better than a good head coach. His AFC championship coaching was some of the worst I've ever seen over his career and that Superbowl was the worst Superbowl of all time. As were most of the playoff games leading up to it. It seemed as if no one wanted to be there. Everything was sloppy from the officiating to the coaching to the playing.

The Steelers of 2005-6 Steelers have to go down as one of the worst superbowl teams to ever win one.

Whether they go down as the worse or the best, they are still Super Bowl champions and that's more than the Dolphins can say. Too bad it wasn't us you could say that about.
