Because Marty has turned around every team he has ever gone to... Even if he sucks in the playoffs, at least we would get to PLAY in the playoffs with Marty here..

I don't want either of these guys.Why would you hire a guy like Marty who's teams have been knocked for not winning in the playoffs especially if he loses to day at home to a less talented New England team.I'd rather take a shot with one of the younger less experienced guys who might have more upside.Like Marty's son Brian or Mike Tomlin.

I think hiring Capers to a big time defesive coordinator contract sort of is in preparation of hiring one of the 2 young guys. Capers can help him along if needed.
