Assuming he stays healthy and we avoid bullygate with him here, how many more wins does he provide?

I say maybe one more win at the most. I personally don't want Albert in the offseason! If we are truly going to stick with a zone blocking scheme? Then for crying out loud get some guys that can move!

Who knows. I know our line sucks and that's with and without bully and baby.
Philbin line is soft just like the coaching staff

Eh .... we would have found other ways to lose.

Maybe one. Right Tackle was just as much of a problem most of the year, and RG/LG weren't good either.

Impossible to say. Maybe one if he prevented Mario Williams from sacking RT that led to the fumble and then Carpenter's field goal?

I assume the right side was the weakest link, but O-line could have required less attention and a solid LT fortifies the rest of the offensive line unit.
That plus the fact that since it went public, the bullying scandal was something close to a familiar breakage that could have been solved by better leadership within that unit.

Let's say Philbin keep this team fighting most of season, and with a better O-line, Dolphins could have won an extra pair of home games (Ravens, Bills and Bucs).

If he had been here he would have made the most difference early, before McKinnie was signed. So you really have to consider which of those losses in the first half of the season he would have helped, that means Baltimore and Buffalo. Those games were close losses at home, both where sacks and QB pressure was a real problem. If you think he was a difference maker then those two games would be it. So IMHO 2 games max, but more likely 0 or 1.

Last offseason my plan was to do anything to help Tannehill make the next step. They did that will the receivers. However, not enough was done on the line to help not only his pass protection, but to aid in giving him an effective running game. He is one of the best passers off of play action. I also wanted a veteran back to go with Lamar Miller. They double downed on DT and overall they lost. A vet back might have helped in blitz pick ups and aiding Miller in taking the next step.

I'll take the easy answer. Enough to where we are making polls about how many playoff wins do you think we will have instead of who do you think our next HC/OC/GM will be.

For what it's worth, Jon Martin was TERRIBLE in the Saints, Ravens, and first Bills game. You could argue that McKinnie had a couple of stinkers too, but I'm not sure you could really say they cost us any wins.

The entire line was a disaster. In a strange sort of way, maybe not trading for Albert turns out to be a great move in the long run. Yeah, it was at the expense of the 2013 season, but if, say, we sign him as a free agent and don't give up a draft pick in the process, that might work out.

I'm thinking at least 2, bullygate cost us one and you have to remember we would have had the entire offseason to get to get him acclimated on our line as opposed to McKinnie having like half a week midway through the season. Now that I think about it it probably cost us more like 3 or 4 wins at least, Tannehill looked soooo much better when he had more than half a second to throw, he might have taken only 1/2 the sacks and he might not have gotten so banged up. Tannehill is clearly not ready for the playoffs yet though so it would be one and done almost assuredly, and the Dalton comparisons would definitely get ratcheted up if he put on a Jets like stinker in the playoffs.

I wonder what we would have done with Martin had we gotten Albert for LT? Put him at the RT spot or possibly move him to guard? At the very least it would have looked like we had a pretty good option as depth (until we actually saw him play).

One is still a reach... We have 4 holes on our offensive line, he would have filled one, but RG, LG, and RT were all very bad. Incognito is very mediocre and he is considered an upgrade at RG. That guy sucks, would be a backup in most teams.
