Would you trade this year's Baltimore game for last year's Baltimore game? That obviously would mean we would have gone winless last season, but would be 9-4 and in first place of the AFC East this season.

I for one, would not, because going winless would put a black mark on the franchise for eternity, and we are still very much alive right now at 8-5.

Hell no but if we did atleast we would be in company in consecutive years with DET

Absolutely not. I hope I never live to see our Dolphins go winless. 1-15 was hard enough! We are tied for first place in the division and are completely in control of our own destiny at this point. It's up to the team to decide what happens by going out there and doing what it takes to win our remaining games.

Yes,

A win this year over Baltimore gives us a VERY good shot at the playoffs in any capacity. I believe that last year we would have won a game eventually, perhaps over the Bengals at the end there anyway, and if not.....well then we have the distinction of being the first team to go 0-16. But we're probably a lock for the playoffs THIS year so who cares.

Nice proposal. I would not. Because in about 3 weeks the Lions will be scarred for eternity while no one will remember our debacle from 2009 on...unless we dial up a SB win this year. Then we're legendary...again

I tend to think that they will remember this. The talk you are starting to hear is that this is possibly the greatest one season turn around ever in the NFL. To go from 1 win to 9 or 10 wins in just one season is a tremndous accomplishment.

No way. winning that game was amazing. it was why i watch the dolphins. its why i watch every game. and going winless would have been horrible. we will be fine with that lose this year. Go Fins!

My mind says yes, but my heart says no. I don't want my team to be in the record books for something like that. 1-15 was horrible, but at least it's happened to other teams including "America's" team.

I would choose a win over the Ravens this year.
Last year we would have gone 0-16 if we lost to Ravens...
But this year we'd be 9-4 right now, and would own the Ravens tiebreaker with an easy schedule ahead, owning either the WildCard or East title...
That makes this year seem even more impressive. Who'd care about 2007 if we went 0-16 last year and gone 11-5 or 12-4 this year. and if we won one playoff game... It'd be the story of the NFL, and THE BEST turnaround in NFL history..

Yes I wish we beat the ravens this season.

This is a fantastic question. I wouldn't trade it because I really wouldn't want the Dolphins to go winless. We basically could never bring up the 72' Dolphins because someone would throw last year's team in our face. The replay of that game winning catch and the celebration afterward still gives me the chills.

NO!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely not. I was sitting second row at the game last year and fortunately didn't make it on camera cause I was crying my eyes out.

Being there for that win was an unbelievable experience that I would never trade. I don't think anyone deserves to go winless, except maybe the Jets, Patriots, and Bills. Plus with the way the Lions are looking this year, they will totally steal the 07 dolphins thunder, if we had went winless we'd be brought up with them all the time, and who wants to be associated with the Lions?

This is a very good question, but I'm gunna have to say no. People are talking about the Lions going winless, and if we had done the same thing there would be so much talk about that compared to 1-15.

1-15 is bad enough. We still control our destiny so I consider that one game to have a little more meaning.

very tough to say but id have to say no and heres why. yes we would be 1 game better and in much better position for the playoffs this year, but we r still in solid shape to make it if we win out so it may not come back to hurt us after all. if we lose last years game to baltimore we go 0-16, and even though we r doing well now, whenever someone brings up the dolphins yes u can say we got the undefeated season, but we would be the only team ever to go 0-16 and that would be flat out embaressing for a proud and storied franchise like the miami dolphins, and we would have to live with it for the rest of r lives no matter wat we did. i no some ppl may say 1-15 was bad enough, and yes that was a terrible year and every single game i watched last year was tough, but the diffrence is that there have been 9 teams to go 1-15 so its not like we r the only one, so thats recoverable from, and we r on pace to have the biggest turnaround ever, and be the first team out of the 9 teams to make the playoffs the next year after the 1-15 season. so the diffrence between 1-15 and 0-16 may only be 1 game but its the diffrence between record books and just a god awful season.
