I agree with what these guys say. Parcells looks at the team by the foundation and build that way and is more important. Throw in a sub-par q and he'll look great(kinda reminds me of Ken Dorsey) but like they say, "at the skill position if you work hard, you'll be sucessfull". Thats prob why I don't see Miami picking up Glenn or trading for a "BOLDIN" type player.. I like these guys and they hit it right on the money.IMO
