He did'nt say "likely". He did say they are still discussing another extension to the deadline for cap complience and free agency.

I just think that has to be the course of action. Upshaw owes his guys that will be cut that. Let the owners meet on Tues. in Dallas and finish the darn thing. If the league, as reported, has upped the ante to 59% he can give them a two day meeting to finish their end of the deal (ie cash over cap, revenue issues). Thats just my opinion and coming from someone who hates this nonsense and cant wait to talk ball after its over.
