These are the games where Sparano typically does his best to make sure the other team has a chance to beat us at the end. We often lose games where we have the more talented team because Sparano goes into a shell and plays not to lose. We'll see but I wouldnt be surprised if the old Tony comes back today.

Agreed. With Hillis out, we should be able to dominate this game defensively. Yet, look for Moron O go into full fist pump mode and take FGs any chance we get, leaving the Browns one big play from winning the game in the end. Then dont be shocked if Henne delivers for them and throws the big turnover that leads to a game winning score. Its not as if we havent seen it before against the very same team.

Did the "old Tony" ever really go away?

I think you're all horribly wrong. There's no way this happens. It's time to deliver or his *** is gone.

Desperate people, do desperate things. Tony is a desperate man, and I can see him going back to what he was taught by Bill and Henning if he thinks it'll work. The whole "pound the ball, three yards and a cloud of dust" is who he is. A leopard doesn't change its' spots.

Actually the Browns secondary is their strengthy and their front 7 isn't that great so we may pound the ball and it may be the best option. Lets not be aggressive to be aggressive, gotta attack the other teams weaknesses.

Tony will do whatever it takes to lose the game and look comical while doing it.

I want to know what the over/under is on how many times the cameras will show Tony waving his team off of the field like an idiot after every FG? Lately, I've been paying more attention to the coaches when they have the cameras placed on them after a FG or extra point, and it seems like Tony is the only one who engages in that type of behavior.

Yep.

At the end of the first half, Henne has thrown it all over the place, piled up yardage and missed on only 3 or 4 throws. In the meantime, the Browns have barely been able to move the ball. And yet, the halftime score is 10-7 phins. Unreal.

And Sparano loves that FG before the end of the half to give us the 10-7 lead. Fist pumping all over the place and waving the special teams unit off the field. What a boob.

And why did Moron O call TO so quickly after the 2nd down play? Why not let that clock run down to about 12 seconds left in the half instead of calling it at 35 seconds? Youre only going to run one more play and you have all the timeouts left. Whats the point in calling it so quick? Let the clock run off some or force the browns to use one of theirs. If they had gotten a good kick return, they had time to get into FG range before the half and tie the thing since they had 2 timeouts left. Sparano is just clueless.

And of course the Browns put together a drive to get a FG to tie it coming out of the half. Watch the Browns coaches make adjustments at the half and the phins get outcoached to lose this game. Unreal. And some people around here were glad we kept Sparano. :rolleyes2:

First thing I thought was why the hell is he calling that time out. He is absolutely lost on the sideline.

Where is that are you a wizard pic?????

I was sitting here guarenteeing that Henne would throw a pic there at the end too. Unreal. You cant make it up. Its just too easy to know what to expect with these bums.

And who noticed Sparano running around hyping up his OL after that FG drive? You wouldve thought we had just iced the game the way he was acting. Sparano telling them thats just what we needed you guys on the OL to do..... drive us down for a FG to go up 6 points. This team is a joke.

Its very scarey how predictable it was. I pretty much scripted was going to happen to a T. The only to plays I didnt see coming was the chad henne run (i though it was going to be a run up the middle) and the penalty that happened to get us a first down. If i knew it was coming, and every other fan knew it was coming I can guarantee Cleveland knew what was coming.
