Wow just Wow! Blaming 1 play for that outcome? Really? COME ON MAN!?!?!?! Bottom line is we see this show repeat it several times this year. Indy, Chargers, Saints, Pats and Bills!
Here is a list of things you can blame( these are in no paticular order):
1. Moving our corners around to much presnap, the play TO beat us long look how Davis was coming to the line to get into press. His momentum was going forward easy to beat. The best shutdown corners ever come up to you on the line and say here I am beat me. I don't blame Davis I blame the design trying to hide it.
2. No plays from middle linebackers! No hits in the back field, crap arm tackle, they just don't finish the play.
3. missing Fergie really shows no one plugged the middle on the run.
4. HC has to be blamed. This team lacked discipline today, lots of penalties killing drives. Bad clock mgt AGAIN! When your team plays sloppy it is your fault! Anyone who doesn't want to blame the HC is just wrong.
5. PP the DC, every week he get adjusted out of the game at halftime. This is why we give up 134 points in the 4thqt.
6. Henning, you get way to cute period! How about using the shotgun with 3 minutes left. The final 10 minutes of the game the line was getting beat. Put your QB in the gun and give him the 2 extra seconds to digest the defense. You think it is by accident that Manning, Brady, and Brees live in the gun?
7. Henne, like it or not guys he is getting tunnel vision under pressure. This is why balls are getting tipped at the line. His problem at Michigan was if you rattled him early he got tunnel vision, made poor decisions, and his accuracy suffered.
8. Ginn, he had a drop, but most important he is back to running scared on returns and reverses. The other receivers played OK, they were open the throws were just off. However we still lack the homerun hitter and until we get that we will be a average team.
9. Parcells, got to call it what it is guys he has tried to build on the cheap and it shows. Every FA he has brought in has been second tier or less, Green, Grove, Wilford, Wilson, etc. I take a beating for pointing out his record in the free agency salary cap era, but it speaks for it self. Couple playoff wins here and there. His 2 Superbowl wins and even his loss with the Pats were before this era. I hate to say it, but the Dolphins historically can win 9-12 games a year and fail in the post season. The fact is we are regressing in his second year just like the Pats, Jets and Cowboys.
10. Offensive line, that final 10 minutes they were a group of turn styles.
