too harsh... i think everyones been too harsh, like wayne says theres a lot more to it than we know...

Oh no doubt, LeBatard is totally full of **** most of the time, but give the Devil his due, he nailed it with this column. I despise most of what LeBatard has to say, but I can't argue with this one...

I'm with you on this. As a Fin fan, nothing Lebartard could do from here on in could get him back in my good graces, but he did nail this one. He's 100 percent right. What saban did was so much worse than what Ricky did. Saban is either a slimeball or a coward. One or the other. neither is appealing

Who cares if there's more to it....Saban lied....do you need more? Where's the loyality? Saban is for Saban....I never trusted him from the beginning and for those that supported him....how do you feel now?

Right on the money, his actions are those of a weasel and I completely misjudged this man.

I feel sorry actually for Alabama, because it undoubtedly won't be long before they will be going thru this as well.

This guy has no class and I'm glad to be rid of him.
 
I agree. If Nick Saban is worth 4 mil a year. then what would jim tressel or pete carroll be worth?

Furthermore. I dont know what to think about Nick, i'm half happy/half mad that he is gone.

What good moves has he done? Culpepper is still a ?, a 5th for Joey Harrington? No idea why he won't put chambers in the slot. Ronnie Brown? Jason Allen? Both are still unproven. Only guy i truely like that he drafted has to be channing crowder.

Also called him the "Larry Brown of Football" which is totally true. He has no
integrity, he's just a mercenary looking to go somewhere for a while, then move on.
 
The guy's right though.

How many times did we hear Saban talk about working hard and being disciplined to do things "relative" to what it takes to win. And what does he do today? He negates it all.

In my eyes, he's the trader in this. Thanks Nick for wasting 2 years of Zach and Jason's playtime.
 
Nick is nothing but a quitter and a liar. Instead of trying to build a solid team here he brings in crappy good old boy buddie coaches of his, and does absolute nothing for us. I could understand if JT decides to retire now...just like Dan Marino retired early in large part becaude of Jimmy Johnson. Lets bring in a coach who really wants to be here.
