I can't believe Livas wasn't drafted

All this kid did before pro's was set td records for returns in high school and college. He can be our Hester. Just return punts and kickoff returns. I can't tell you how horrible it is watching Devon return punts. He has no speed on the return or any type of moves, god knows I love him as a receiver though, he wasn't cutting it as a returner, I can't wait to see Livas in the regular season. We will finally see some great field position or possibly some points off special teams.
