What would Saban do if he was still our coach on April 28?
Who would he have drafted?

Its an intresting thought but all we can do is guess.

How do you get that? During his time here he spent both first rounders on a RB and DB.

I think he was more in love with SEC players than any particular position, so I would guess that he would have gone the SEC route in his choices.
 
I think he might have went with P. Willis or one of the CBs, since I think he would have kept Allen at S. 2nd round he probably would have hoped for Buster(Craig) Davis, but might have gone with Rice if he had been there. No clue after the 1st two picks. But I think ti would have been D in round 1, then WR with the 2nd pick(unless a quality OL was there).
 
im sure he would have got Brady Quinn but IMO i think ted ginn will be better because he can start right away and make an inpact on kr/pr/wr

I don't know about that. Saban raved about Ginn last year. He said that while scouting Santonio Holmes he kept catching himself watching Ginn. He went on to praise Ginn's playmaking ability.
 
He wouldn't draft Quinn or Beck either because to do that he'd have to admit he ****ed up.

And we all know his ego wouldn't allow that.

How would drafting Quinn or Beck admit he screwed up? It's not like Daunte is young, you always want to plan for the future.

It's not like he would've traded for Trent Green. THAT would have been admitting he was wrong.

And I still don't think he ****ed up by getting Daunte. Who knows how well Daunte would do this upcoming season if not for the coaching change. You're just obviously bitter and feel the need to kick and scream about everything related to Saban. But guess what, it won't change anything. So get over it.
