Before the season began I said if we don't have winning record Ireland should be fired but after seeing the ineptitude of our team the past couple of weeks not even competing against lesser teams with a playoff gift in the basket, the whole damn staff needs to join him in the unemployment line. Philben and coyle don't deserve the benefit of the doubt. Hire a new GM and let him bring in his people. Philbin is nothing special, Coyle is nothing special. Ross grow a damn pair and do the right thing.

i have the same problem with joe as I had with cam...he does not have the personality to be a head coach...now maybe he has a great football mind, but i dont even believe that any more when they go for it on 4th and run a full back for a loss instead of your 6'4" 235lb QB up the middle for 6 inches...

You controlled your own destiny with 2 weeks remaining. You played the Bills and Jets, ended up only needing to win ONE of those games. How do you get outscored 39-7 in those two games when you should be playing your best football?

Ok, came out flat against the Bills and got shutout. How does this not motivate you to dominate the Jets? You had an entire week to prepare for a team that you already beat! I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, you underestimated the Jets in the first half....HOW DO YOU NOT DO ANYTHING IN THE SECOND HALF?

This team does not respect the coaching staff, the staff can not motivate the team, FIRE EVERYONE!!!!

The Ravens were in the same situation as Miami. They faced tougher opponents, this is true, but they were outscored like 75-24. They had a similar problem in that their defense was good enough to keep them in those games (until they got out of hand late) but their offense was terrible. Do the Ravens not respect Jim Harbaugh?

I have to agree with you. I fully supported this group all season long and up until about 6:00 pm last night was still in their camp for some stupid silly reason I have not figured out.
Today after little sleep, I have a new found feeling surrounding this team.
I cannot wait forever to win. If we must change course, please do it now! Don't make us fans endure any more than we already have.
Get rid of every single one of them and bring in fire.

I am the first one to say terrible things about Rex Ryan. I hate the guy. But look at his sideline. Excited, happy, fist pumping jubilation. I do not see that type of sideline with this group of statues. Its a morgue. Its been a morgue.

Mr. Ross. Please find new people with heart. Find people that inspire others to play their very best. Find a coach that feels my pain each time we lose. Please find people that are dedicated to winning. But most of all, find people that excite other people. Find leaders and use them to build a new team. Be proactive and don't wait to long. We need answers now. Your people have put us where we are. Now you find a way to excite this fan base once again.
