Why is it every year we go into the season with what seems to be a dominant DL and every year they fail to live up to expectations? I do not care if it is preseason, they should not be this bad.

Our D sux! Maybe if we play the second team offense, we might be able to win a game this season.
 
Anyone who expected this defense to be good was crazy. We were terrible last year and lost talent. Why would we be better than last year?
 
I expected the D line to be good....SMH .............Nice TD Tannehill as I type!
 
The defense has been overrated for years including during the days with Zach, JT, Surtain and Madison.
 
I thought Coyle was gone.... Lol.. Pretty bad so far

Hey man, I didn't mean to call you on grammar like an asshole. I'm sorry. I had some beers and I was frustrated at our first two drives on offense. Please forgive.
 
It's because you have to be really, really good with your d-line to win games singlehandedly in today's NFL because the more NFL teams pass, the more they also learn to scheme to get the ball out quickly. Also, our d-line has been anchored by Wake who to me has always been overrated because he disappears for long stretches and then gets 3 sacks in one game. Its better to be a factor in every game.
