Where is the reset button?
The fact that we lost a game that we really should have won or the typical knee-jerk reactions on here that people actually think that we have a superbowl caliber team.
Bottom line here is that you either win the superbowl or your season is a waste. That being said, since we are no-where even close to a superbowl caliber team, then why all the whining and crying about this loss?
Sure we should have won but I saw this after brown scored the td. I think anyone who has been a dolphins fan for awhile knows the "feeling" of a game when we can't stop someone. I kept telling myself as porter was barreling down on schaub in the final minute to "show me that we are different dolphins team" but alas we are still the same. Sure we have grown somewhat but we are rebuilding and quite frankly have overachieved the last two weeks.
Me personally, I want miami to win no more than 4-5 games this year so we are put in another great spot to secure more great talent for the future. Winning 8-10 games and missing the playoffs while riding a glimpse of hope, only to be dominated in the first round of the playoffs (if you even get there) is more heartbreaking than this loss in my opinion.
I am as diehard of a dolphins fan as the rest of you but I also know the sky is blue and don't try to call it powder blue. The dolphins are rebulding and nothing more. Don't get yourselves all worked up over nothing. Should we have won? Yes, however what you seen today is what separates us from the next level. Other teams create their own luck and make the plays to win games. We can't yet and it showed today.
On that note...oh noes the sky is falling!! Cut roth and trade ronnie brown while your at it....
