I dont understand some of you...

I cant understand how some want to jump ship cause they didnt select the person you wanted. This is the definition of fairweather fans, and its embarrassing. If you want to jump ship, thats fine cause Im sure when Ginn and the other picks begin to pan out, some of you will be coming back to finheaven with all new screennames stated how much you love this team. I respect everyones criticism and I respect everyones opinion, but its times like this when you really get to see who the true fans of a team are.

And what has Quinn done in your eyes for him to merit the ninth overall selection? What has he done in your eyes that 20+ other GMs didnt see in their eyes? There is a reason why he dropped to the 22nd pick in the draft, a pick that could of been lower if Cleveland didnt overpay to get him. Miami took the player that they thought could benefit the team the most. Arguably the fastest player in the draft, Ginn adds multiple dimensions to this team. He adds speed to the WR spot, opening up options for Chambers opposite of him, and he gives us a true threat during kick and punt returns. Im excited about our situation going into the second round, moreso if we could come out of the round with Kolb or Beck, and Kalil or Ugoh.

Ginn adds speed. But he has trouble with his routes. He's also undersized and is currently injured.
Maybe Quinn would have been a reach at #9, but Ginn is even more of a reach.

I am with you, though I was shocked at first, I learned along time ago no matter who the pick, how many games they win or lose, my paycheck keeps coming so its not ths serious. Of course I get excited or mad, but my life won't end. So I am willing to see this out and where it goes.

He screwed us he drafted Gin's FAMILY not Gin he has a 10 year relationship with Ginn's family. Last year Saban drafted Jason Allen because he knew his family.

I am for drafting players not family. Cameron will continue to screw us on draft picks. The guy has an agenda and it not to make the Dolphins better. He is as condensending as Saban. Right now I am totally devasted. I feel like a lost a family member in a car accident.

When the first mock drafts were coming out a fair amount of them had us picking Ginn with the #9. Now, due to nothing that has happened on the football field people consider him a lousy pick.

Except none of those guys have the ability that Ginn has. The guy is a flat out demon when he gets the ball and he stuck out like a sore thumb when comparing his ability to guys like Jarret.

It does seem that we could have gotten him a few picks later had we traded though, that is the only thing that bothered me about the selection. I think Ginn is going to be a huge weapon for our offense, but I am going to feel peeved if we are not eying a Quarterback somewhere in this draft.

And you can't say the same thing about Beck and Kolb when compared to Quinn? Spin it however you want. There's not a Miami Fan alive who thinks Ginn was a better pick than Quinn, no matter what they say.

That was a healthy Ginn.....who knows if he'll ever be healthy. We thought Culpepper was gonna be healthy. That looks like it'll never happen.

Translation: Well I've known the Ginn family for a long time so against my better judgement, I'm going to take Ted and get him some more signing bonus money. I know it'll screw my team over, but peer pressure is just to much for me to handle. 2 years from now I'll be the TEs coach for Cleveland, wishing I had taken Quinn. Ginn will be out of the league having never recovered from his injury fully.
