My son is a WR and his senior year, he went from a righty QB to a lefty QB and then back again.
He said at first, catching from the lefty was strange. But then after a week or two he had gotten used to it and it was no big deal.
In fact, he ended up liking the lefty better because he threw a better ball.
Take that for what it's worth- one kid's opinion.

I agree watching someone throw left at you is different it seems strange the ball coming from that shoulder but the ball in flight shouldn’t be that big a deal esp if it a tight spiral
