I have a great idea!!!

How about instead of trading chambers and cuting DC and trading JT up so we can get a draft back and all the other mubbo jumbo ........................how about in the first 7 games next year we start out at least at .500...then of course we would make a run in the 2nd half of the season and we would make the playoffs fine!!!!!!!
WE dont need to make drastic changes!!!!!
Lets get an olb and a corner( Briggs and Clements) both new starters which will make our 2nd best defense number 1!!!
Lets draft o-line and WR and lets get Daunte Healthy and we will be alright!!
I kno he is very scrutinized but keep MM cause we cant go through any more o-corrd let chambers and the team get cumfy and then we play football!!
Defense is awsome Special teams is alright Mare is still up in the air...my hearts with him but my mind says cut him!
Lets get our offense down and go into next season heads held high looking for a brakeout year...yo fellas its bound to happen heads up thier will be much much better days as dolfans!!!!

PS: lets spoil the jets post season dreams on mon lol.....Grinch style!!!:evil:

I agree with everythign you said except the part about Clements. FA corners get ridiculous money. Lets just draft one.
 
I dont want Nate Clements, Too expensive and buffalo fans seem to think he'll be a bill next season, Id rather have Asante Samuel. We cant go reciever first round because Calvin Johnson will be long gone by the time we draft and i dont think we'll go after Dwayne Jarret. Briggs would be an awesome pick up but Adalius Thomas is more realisitic. Id be perfectly fine with a good O-Line man or a shut down corner. And were gonna shut out the Jets on christmas!:evil:
 
We wouldnt have the money to sign both of those guys. Id like to target Briggs though. Think getting him alongside ZT and CC would be devastating. Asante Samuel would be a nice pickup at CB if we can get him-not a shutdown guy but very solid.

Id still like to get a QB, just seems that position is to much of a question right now and Id really like to see a guy come in and blow us away.
And Mularkey needs to get canned as well. He has almost singlehandedly lost a few games this year.

We have some problems, but we dont want to get Redskin-itis and change half the roster every year to be sure. Some consistency is a good thing. :)

i would rather have briggs even tho Thomas is younger because brigss has already been rumored to want to come to miami this offseason......clements was just an idea he will be the best corner out thier in FA....... i just want to get a shut down corner like surtain was if its in JAllen or a rookie next w/e lets get some more talent at the cb position!!!

ya but if we can him that will be our 5th new o corrdinator in 5 years...i hate the idea of keeping him also....the only other option beside replacing him i see is letting saban call the plays like BB does for the pats
Briggs with ZT, CC< and JT makes my inside scream with joy!!!!!!

yeah. i also think that depending what our schedule is like next year, through 7 games we could be 4-3 or even 5-2 if we have the same kick-a$$ defense and a hopefully improved offense.

from what ive read we will be near the bottom in cap space. teams at the bottom don't usually land the premier high-priced free agents. they get outbid by teams with more cap room.

we have wut 21 fa after this season not all of them are coming back...ive herd the exact oposite u have iv herd we will have money to spend and i herd Wayne H gave saban permission to spenf away in free agency so i guess time will telll............plus the cap goes up 7 mill this year dont forget that!
 
We are CURRENTLY near the bottom yes, but in the offseason after releasing and such we are expected to have some serious money to toss around. Enough to get multiple top players, no, but enough to make a run at one guy and sign a few guys lower down the totem pole.

As for Mularkey and the rotating OC thing, I agree we need some consistency, but Mularkey is just to bad to keep, hes horrible, and I honestly think that replacing him will be better for the team. His playcalling is just awful and is really holding us back. Horrible horrible horrible.
