how can i put up a picture from my harddisk, so that i can see it here ? i mean everytime i put up a pic there is just the link to click on it, what do i have to do that i can see it right away in my thread ?

If I want to put a pic in my sig from my hard drive....I upload the photo to my profile and then link to it there.
 
ok this is the only way ? i mean what if i just wann have it in my thread not in my sig for example
 
You need to have it uploaded somewhere on the internet like a yahoo briefcase or boomspeed............it has to have a http:// in the address title and then you will be able to post it here...........I'm pretty sure that's how it works..........:)That's how I did it but I did have to edit my post to get the add an image option.....it doesn't seem to appear with a regular reply.
 
Unless you link to a pic on the web somewhere....the only way to get a pic in your post......NOT as an attachment.....is to do what i said and link to it like that.......
 
I'm sorry sugarcane....I was responding to to al....I didn't mean to come off all gruff sounding to you.....and I stand corrected, I guess it's not the ONLY way...;):o
 
It's quite alright.............I love learning new tricks on here and other boards.The only way some boards will let pics post is the img src thing with http:// deal...............You're not gruff ya big tough guy...........:)
 
Al is from Germany as well, we Dolfans from Germany have to stick together against some nasty german Jerks- or Billsfans. So this isn't nice, it's actually something like self-defense. :D
