God...did Feeley look bad.....

He held the ball a little too long and still had the happy feet...

Why does the word "prissy" come to mind when I see Feeley play?

For such a good arm...the guy refuses to "try" to make the tough throw...he seems to want to take all the easy stuff.....grow some balls AJ.

He has horrible feet in the pocket and he won't freakin step up into it.

If he throws another pass off his back foot...I will personally go down to the field and slap him.

Hey AJ...you know that guy that wears number 84?....You know...he's our best reciever...look for him.

Rough start for AJ...Gus looked like an NFL QB.....Gus really reminded me of Jake Delhomme when he first got to Carolina....

Fuerotte is by far the better QB and as I've been saying all along he will start

He just lacks "pocket awareness", there were a couple plays where I thought to myself, "man a simple, last-second step to the left or right could've avoided that". Urlacher never would've pancaked Marino like that because Dan wouldv'e just side-stepped it... I'm not asking Feeley to be Marino, but damn, step up, step to the side, have some awareness, and dont' just freaking stand there.

Man, you are a little harsh after one pre-season game. I wouldn't crown Frerotte the starter just yet, but he did look better than Feeley last night. I'm not saying that Feeley looked bad either, he didn't get a lot of time to get into a rhythm, but there will be plenty of time to form a better opinion in the next two weeks.

part of me wants AJ to succeed because of what we invested in him... then there is the part of me that knows that Gus is the better QB and should start.

Ive also said Gus all along, and think it'l happen.

As of last night, Gus seemed to have the better game. He seemed to have better pocket presense. Over all, they both did ok.

Yup, that's the only reason I would like him to do well too. We were BAMBOOZLED by his impressive starts while in Philly. This ain't Philly and I don't see him maturing into what we need.

I saw in another thread, someone said the roster this year should be:
1. Ferrotte
2. Sage
3. Berlin

Based on what I saw from Berlin last night, I think I like that line up.

Gus knows the system better, AJ has more physical tools and ability.
