How does the rookie, scout team, starter so on an so forth under our name work? For instance, It says I'm a starter but I see others with more post then me that will have rookie or scout team under theirs. Plus the green dots for how many times you have been thanked don't seem to equate to one another. Like I see someone with 100 thanks have 4 green dot and someone else with 40 thanks will have 6 green dots. Also whats with the red dots?

I know a lot of questions but I'm just wondering. Anyone know?

Here is how the system works:

Rookie- 0
Scout Team- 25
Starter- 100
Seasoned Veteran- 500
Pro Bowler- 1000
Perennial All-Pro- 2500
Hall Of Famer- 5000
FinHeaven Elite- 10000

If someone with more posts then you say "Scout Team" or "Rookie" then that is because they made their user title custom and put it in themselves. You do not have to follow the system, you can enter in anything you want by going to your User CP.

The green dots, or the Rep System, is different then the "Thanks" system. To give or take away a users rep, you want to click this icon under the user:

The more green dots, or rep, you have the more of a dent you can make in someone else's rep.
