they had a great offensive game plan which for those of you who didnt get a chance to watch the game they played most of their offense in the shot gun formation. By doing this is the cheifs spread out our defense and exploited our medicore defensive backs and line backers. Good for us our db's were able to make enough plays to get us a victory. LJ had 100 yrd game on less than 15 carries out of this shotgun formation as well. The cold slippery turf caused a ton of missed tackles for both teams...but like i said i have to tip my hat to herm and the cheifs they played us tough and it was almost impossible to stop them...

They weren't afraid of us. What they lacked in talent they made up for in pure, unrelenting aggressiveness. Thigpen was put on display and he let it rip. Fortunately for us the secondary played much better in the 2nd half and made some plays.
But ultimately we faced a team that just didn't care if they lost. And when that happens, they can do scary things like chuck it deep 10-15 times, or go for it on 4th, etc etc.
Hence why it could be a gift and a curse if the Jets know they're out of playoff contention by kickoff of our game.
