Linebacker David Thornton made it clear he'll never be mistaken for an NFL historian.
When the conversation turned to Miami's quarterbacks, Thornton wasn't certain how Brian Griese and former Miami QB Bob Griese were related.
"I just asked the question: Are they brothers or what?" he said. "I don't know football history, honestly. I'm 24 years old."
For the record, Bob is Brian's dad."
