Every week, the Dolphins add some kind of "dimension" to their offensive gameplan, whether its the now infamous wildcat, or a reverse, a flea flicker etc.... This week would be the perfect week to implement the no-huddle early and often.. This would be effective in more ways than one:
1)Not allowing Ravens to get certain personnel in for all of Rex Ryan's exotic blitz packages
2)Minimizing blitzing all together
3)Fatigue- Baltimore playing in 80 degree weather in January does not bode well for them.
4)Frustration- When a team is being frustrated by a no-huddle, they tend to be more aggressive trying to over pursue to deflect a pass, or create a tackle for a loss to end the no-huddle momentum.
Using the no-huddle offense to start the game would be an extremely efficient method at minimizing the Ravens exotic blitz packages.
