This prob. won't be a popular thread, but I'm thinkin' great OFFENSIVE minds here, the kind of game plans which can & will TRULY utilize the "O" talent on our roster: Mike Martz and/or Norv Turner....... Before you roll around laughing, consider this; we have an AWESOME RB & Receiving corps, and I think with that with a couple Competitive mini-camps, we can create an adequate QB to distribute the ball to ALL the other MULTI-TALENTED offensive players we have..... My biggest gripe with Saban is that he TOTALLY under-UTILIZED our gifted Offensive talent cuz he was too much of a micromanager...... Anywayz, Much Peace and Love to ALL my Fellow Dolfanz!!!!!!!! Bob Sr.
 
Or they really arent as talented as you think.

Yes you will be dogged...hahaha. Martz is noted as completely arrogant and has a history of underutilizing the running game in his offensive gameplanning. Something we do not need more of. And Norv Turner has had his shot at HC around this league, with little success; should be enough for us to stay away. "A smart man learns from his mistakes. A smarter man learns from the mistakes of others."

I honestly think Mike Martz would be a good coach for us. He is a really good offensive mind and he has significant experience in this league. I would like to keep Dom Capers as of DC, Mularkey i'm not so sure of.
 
I have no qualms about hiring from the offensive side of the ball. I do however think Martz and Norv would be a disaster of Wanny proportions. Martz is an offensive genious, but hes also a total head case and egomaniac. Norv blew for us as OC, that patriots game where they won and went to playoffs over us was the culmination of his futility for us. With Ricky bashing the crap outta them, he comes out in the second half and passes the game away. Then he did a butt job with the Raiders, and is partly responsible for the mess THEY are today.

do NOT go with retread coaches. I will preach this continually. Get our OWN coach. A budding coordinator/assistant who will develop with this team and take us to new heights. No retreads, no college, this is IMPERATIVE!!
 
Cam Camerons an offensive minded guy. and i think he's put together a better offense then both of them
