I know its a ridiculous thought to sign Vick but do you realize how crazy that would be? You could bring him in at ANY skill position and add so much explosiveness. I really hope we sign him, if we did our offense would have so many options it would be nearly impossible for a defense to have an answer for everything. With Ireland saying "no comment on that," its not ruled out. Not to mention Ross saying he thinks Vick deserves a second chance.

He might add explosiveness to any skill position but much like White neither is an NFL receiver and no team would be that worried about them lining up at receiver. Maybe Vick if he has the same speed might worry them slightly but seriously neither has shown they can play receiver.

Let's change our name to the Miami Dogkillers. Then at halftime & after games Vick tortures the puppy of any lineman that allowed a sack. Imagine the crowds Ross could get for that show.... I really hope we don't sign up for my ridiculous thoughts, or yours.
 
It is crazy. Stay far far away.

The Miami Dolphins are currently a team.

Let's not do anything to rattle that.

So do we now change our name to the Miami drunk drivers because JD Quinn is on the team.

Or maybe the Miami fight like punks in honor of Joey Porter

or maybe the Miami Truckstuffers in honor of Randy Starks

or maybe the Miami Dancers in honor of Jason Taylor

or maybe the Miami women beaters in honor of present and former phins

or maybe the Miami stolen idenities in honor of Vontae Davis

I know totally silly much like the comments about Vick signing with us and the other stuff but one player is the the Miami Dolphins. I dont want Vick for many reasons mostly I dislike run first qb's. Dont like Vick as a person but not gonna make him out as the worst person alive either.

No doubt! They are fun to watch to a point, but NONE of them have ever won anything.
 
I've never understood why a second chance means a return to the NFL to make millions of dollars! I thought the fact that he's free from jail is a second chance on life!

If the NFL really wanted to clean it's league/image up they would just say no thanks to Vick, Stallworth etc... Then they could set a higher standard for the rest of the players that if you mess up your meal ticket is gone.

Vick never did anything Pennington hasn't already done in terms of wins so where would the upgrade be. Pennington is also a great team player and human being so why take two steps back. White is here also like it or not (which I don't) and we do not need duplicate specialty players.
 
No. It's just a bad idea. Period. This team rocks, let somebody else deal with it.

I think people like the original poster and other Vick apologists just haven't read the facts of the case and just don't realize exactly how much of a heartless piece of crap Mike Vick really is.

Not only did Vick choose to use his fame and fortune to fund a massive (100+ dogs) dog fighting operation but he PERSONALLY participated in HANGING, ELECTROCUTING, DROWNING, SHOOTING and of course, fighting dogs to their deaths. He and his crew also "adopted" strays (Beagles and mixed breeds) from the local pound and then threw those poor dogs to the Pit Bulls for "practice fights".

This is all well documented in the court case (public records) if people like the original poster and other Vick apologists would actually educate themselves on Vick before suggesting him as an addition to our team or the NFL at all.

Fock Vick! Ban him for life!

Are there others (like Leonard Little, Pacman Jones, Lawrence Phillips, OJ Simpson, Stallworth) who also deserve to be banned for life but haven't been, or haven't been yet, or haven't yet been removed from the HOF (Simpson)? Yes! But two wrongs don't make a right.

Judged on it's own facts, the Vick case absolutely, 100% is worthy of a lifetime ban.

And all Vick apologists should be ashamed and should walk up to every dog they see and beg for forgiveness for supporting that piece of garbage.
