I for one am and have been for months,

IMO The welker situation is a true tell that we will be going after Tedd Ginn, the talent and versatility that this kid has brings more value to us at the 9 position then any other player.

This franchise has never had a player with this kid's talent at his position,,he could help us in so many ways,

You think ronnie brown is a beast now, just wait until ginn lines up on the outside with chambers in the slot,,we won't even have to throw to him because Ronnie brown will be running the ball down people's throats,,you must reSpect that WORLD CLASS SPEED.

He automatically becomes our devin hester, maybe even better because of that punt return ability,,,,ELECTRIFYING!!

His outstanding return abilities will change field position in our favor which our defense will fall in love with,,

Cam will use him in many different ways in our offense,on the outside,in the backfield, reverses, direct snaps,,this kid will be a WEAPON!

Tedd Ginn will create excitement for this franchise,he will put people in the seats,a player that we have never seen on our team only admired on other teams.

LET'S ALL GET DRUNK!!!

Sorry, Laron Landry is way better a deal for us than Ginn. We can find a Ginn in later rounds. No kiddin. The guy is not that great. Has Yatil Green written all over him.

YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO FIND SOME BEEFEATERS IN THE LATER ROUNDS ,,,,,,THIS KIDS GOT TANQUERAY WRITTEN ALL OVER HIM.

Thank you Tony Sinclair. Seriously though, I've actually warmed alittle to that possibility with the welker situation. Although I favor Landry at the 9th spot.

:rolleyes2 Hard to find a guy with Moss like speed.

I honestly can't find anything wrong with Ginn jr.

He has great speed, above average vision, solid hands, has played corner & QB positions, he is mature, knows how to get in the endzone...

I can't think of another player in this draft that would have a greater impact on this team...from an offensive, special teams, and field position standpoint.

I can. He is small, his hands are ok at best right now, and his route running is poor. That said, his athletic talent and speed are off the charts. There is no denying that the kid is electric. He is really raw as a Receiver, but in his defense, he has only been playing the position for two years.

I love Ginn's potential, but I would be extremely leery of taking him with the 9th pick in the draft.

If we draft Ginn and I'm not on in a week it means I jumped off a bridge or choked to death on my own vomit. That is how against drafting Ginn I am.

If he didn't play for Ohio State he would be NOTHING. He doesn't have great hands, he isn't physical, he doesn't jump all to well, he doesn't run great routes....oh wait but he is fast so that means everyone will get on their knees and call him a possible savior for the franchise.

You Have your opinion i have mine, mine says this kids gonna be a star with a dolphin on his helmet or not,,my prediction is you will be saying DJ you were right I WAS WRONG,on the other hand i will do the same..

When someone produces like ginn has at the highest level in college, the chances are extensively in his favor that he will be that good in the pro's,,,,please keep your silly comparison's to yourself.

I'am not a ohio state fan but your comparison in saying because he played there was the reason why he was great,is a total indictment on your football knowledge or lack thereof.

If Anything, he's playing with players and playing against more players that will be playing on sunday than any other school.

He's about the same size as Marvin Harrison.
His hands are good...how many drops does he have?
He's a little raw because he didn't have to do alot over the middle. But, this "rawness" tag is well over used. He knows the routes and his experience as a corner gives him an edge.
He's only been a receiver for 3 years...but, that is much more expience than Paul Warfield had at the same level.

Some of the hatred for Ginn is really over the top. Answer these 3 questions.

1) Is Tedd Ginn Jr rated as a top 15 talent in this years draft?

2) Have you actually watched him play?

3) How well did he play against the top corners in college...Did he get separation...Did he score?
