I've got a hunch that the Fins are going to trade JT to the Redskins and it's going to involve thier 1st (#21).

Now the real hunch is that I think they are moving up to #21 to take a mystery candidate. And I think we'd move up to take Limas Sweed. He is my favorite WR coming out of this draft, not to mention I'm a UT fanatic. I think that's BP plan though is to try and get Sweed, that's why he's asking a 20's 1st for JT.

Imagine this as our core.

I doubt we would be trading up that far for Sweed. The first player that comes to my mind would be Derrick Harvey if he were to slip that far. Good chance it could be for a QB too, hope that doesn't happen though.

what makes you think we'll trade jt to the skins?
 
i think this one came outta your rear :) heh just because he's your favorite receiver doesn't mean that we're interested in him, i applaud your opinion though.

BP loves physical WR's and he talked to BP (as he said in an interview) and said he was interested in him being a Dolphin.

Sweed is basically a lock for the 1st round, why do you think he'd drop late in the 2nd? At #32 he'd be an amazing pick.
 
i would like us to trade up and get sweed or stay at #32 and Grab Malcolm Kelly
 
why would the redskins give their 1st pick for a 34 year old DE? they offered a 1st and a 3rd for one of the best receivers in the game
 
if we could get back into pick number 21, wouldn't we be looking at Brandon Albert if he was still there?

Long and Albert would be the new improved Webb and Sims from Day One.
 
I doubt Albert would slip that far and if he does I still doubt we take two offensive linemen with our two first round picks. Yes, it would fill the entire o-line up with the best tackle and the best guard in this draft but I think if a player like Derrick Harvey is there it addresses another key need. Guard can be addressed later on in this draft.
 
if we are taking a WR with our next available pick, i'd prefer earley doucet. he'll definitely be available at 32, unless there is a mad run for WR's in the first round.

i'd love derrick harvey, but the last mock i saw had Albert going number 23 to the steelers. that just got me thinking about what could be on our line:

Albert
Satele
Smiley
Carey
