I need some help here, Someone, about a past Trade

Ok, I posted something last night, but sitting at work, being the 2 year anniversary of this trade, someone help me.

Why did Wanny trade a 2nd rounder to the Pats for a 3rd rounder, when he didn't even target any one player in the draft. If you look at Washington, they trade a 1 for a 1, with other picks thrown in. They are targetting possible Cambell or Rogers.

Why did we just throw away a 2, for a 3? And to the Pats, are you telling me no other team would have made that trade.

Man, it just hurts because 2nd rounders are such key draft picks.

Wanny used that pick on Wade Smith. I've no idea if he had Smith targeted or not.
