i predict tannehill only misses 1 game

I wouldn't rush him back. I would be scared he tears it.

I'd feel better if we had a better O-line. Maybe Dallas would lend us their O-line for a couple weeks.
 
I wouldn't put him back in there unless there was 110% chance he couldn't make it worse.

Seeing how Gase has dealt with injuries so far, I'm gonna go ahead and speculate that he's gonna err on the side of caution
 
With Buffalo's pass rush I wouldn't risk that!!! Moore behind center is capable of leading us to wins against the Jets and Buffalo. If he's able to come back this season, I'd rather have him against the Pats. Otherwise, keep Tannehill sidelined until he's ready to go at full speed and full health!
 
tannehill is a tough sob, i think he'll recover quick from it and he'll insist on playing.
 
Yeah i think he can possibly come back for week 1 of the playoffs or maybe the last week of the season vs the Pats if we are still controlling our destiny.

I wouldn't put him against the Bills disgraceful way of playing defense.
 
He's our franchise QB. Let him heal fully for the 2017 season. No use in risking further damage.
 
IT'll be hard to keep him out of Sunday's game. I agree...2-3 weeks MAX.
 
No way would I rush it. If he is healthy enough in 4 weeks AND we make the playoffs....maybe then.

playoff opportunities dont come around every year. if we're 9-5 or 9-6 and need to beat new england to make playoffs and tannehill is insisting he can play its gonna be hard to keep him out.
 
1 week is under the recovery time for even a grade 1 sprain. Recovery time is 2-6 weeks and that's for grade 1 which is the best scenario

If the medical staff clears him, sure. If not, you can't have him out there, even with playoffs on the line.
 
Earliest he should be brought back is the Patsy game. The Jills just gave up another 200 yard rusher that means Moore can hand off to J train all day literally and while the Jets always play us tough they're have gone full tire fire already, punch them in the mouth early in the game and Moore can cruise. But definitely want Tannegawd back for NE
