Last time we traded to #3 we drafted Dion Jordan a substance abuse problem instead of our number 1 need LT Lane Johnston who who was drafted #4 by Eagles and became pro bowl tackle.

I still think the idea that we are interested in trading up to #3 for a Tackle idea is just posturing. Many touts feel the Giants are looking to draft a Tackle and this idea may have been dropped just to give them indigestion.

When they announced that Miami had traded up I thought Lane Johnson was a done deal. Finally they nailed it, got the the man we needed. Then it was Dion Jordan. I was absolutely SALTY. About as salty as I was we we passed up drafting Earl Thomas and Patrick Willis back in the day.

i liked both DTs after our pick STar and Richardson and the corners Trufant and Rhodes. I think Initially wanted Rhodes.
I liked Jarvis Jones better than Jordan at our original pick not that there was much difference
i was truly amazed how much the Raiders loved Dj hayden. he should not have been picked in first two rounds

I have never seen a more obvious smoke screen in all the time I have followed this team. There is absolutely no need to trade up for a tackle. LOL from 5. I know what you mean, typical dolphins, but not this time. :)

If that the smokescreen it's dumbest smokescreen ever. there is no offensive lineman being looked at probably in the first 5 picks so that would be a waste

It is the lamest attempt at a smokescreen I have ever seen. Not saying an LT won’t be drafted in top 5, but there are enough really good prospects at LT that no one needs to waste draft capital to trade from 5 for one. This tells me that the Dolphins are probably going to try and draft Tua without moving up. Unless they are making a play for Burrow?
