I just hope we don't lay an egg today. Recent history has shown that when the Dolphins get things going in the right direction, the team seems to collapse when they are on the precipice of success. Win or lose this game, I want us to play well.
The team didn't disappoint. How many years do we have to go through this before we see something change?:bang:

At least it wasn't on National tv this time.

Another slow start in NE of all places was going to doom Miami. Actually Miami never did get started.

Seen this movie before unfortunately. media rags on us we get angry and motivated and get some good wins to get people thinking the dolphins are really legit now only to fall flat on our faces and prove it was all a false. Recycle and repeat. 9-9 and 'in the hunt' it's what we are. Tannehill is 40-41 now, Recycle and repeat.

I didn’t expect us to go up there an win. I just wanted us the play good. It seems the team went to Foxboro unprepared and that’s on coaching! You mean to tell me that NE figured out our offense by having more DB’s on field??? Anyways this is going to be a crappy week because this is going to be discussed by most analysts/roundtable on how laid a Dinosaur egg, some on this board created threads wondering why we weren’t in the power rankings and today is reason why because this team can’t seem to get over the hump!

This is what I worry will be the story with Gase and Tannehill. Just always hovering around .500. Always wondering if the team is there or not until they eventually get blown out by a good team.

Somewhere around the middle of the second quarter the team broke out in song.
I believe they were singing “Don’t get me wrong”, “Back on the chain gang” and “Middle of the road”

Miami as a general rule drafts mediocre players (Parker, Tunsil, Juan James, etc) and hires mediorce coaches: (Gase { Why yes, Mr. Ross, I can make Tannehill into a hall of famer just like Manning}; Burke (the wide nine defense is impenetrable). The results: mediocre teams.

Have you seen the distro map? We had the majority of the country...
No, It wasn't on in NY thank God. What I meant was, it was not a Thurs, Sun night, or Mon night game, where we usually embarrass ourselves.

I live in Western CT and I get the NYC channels...it was on CBS 2

I predicted the Phins would kill them. But I NEVER thought they'd be so disinterested. Like they didn't have any fight.
