The Only reason i say that is because we address the LB need with A.A. and If i remember correctly one of our needs is a DB...So we go DB here...i hope.
 
You got Reggie Smith (Oklahoma), Tyvon Branch (UConn), Justin King (Penn State), Charles Godfrey (Iowa) and Orlando Scandrick (Boise State) are names to be considered at corner. A name that intrigues me is Free Safety DaJuan Morgan (NC State).

Jeremy Zuttah (Rutgers) @ guard and Dan Conner (Penn State) or Cliff Avril (Purdue) @ LB may be considered as well as Jeremy Thompson (Wake Forest) @ DE/OLB.

I'd be interested to see what Parcells/Ireland will do tomorrow. Trade down/make a pick????

I say we go Mario Manningham with the pick, then trade JT for Lito Sheppard...and take a few to compete for LG spot with the rest of the picks.

i like the idea of trading JT for Lito Sheppard i just dont see the Eagles doing that
 
a CB, OLB or DT is a lock

I am hoping for a JT replacement or the NT of the future
 
Connor should be the pick but Avril would be cool. Why take the 8th best CB when you can get the 2nd best ILB in Connor? He is probably better than Torbor and Ayodele anyway. We should be going BPA all the way from here on out IMO.

Im glad most of these people are not in the FO. We have to take Godfrey or Carl Nicks with the #64. Unless traded. Godfrey is a beast and Nicks is a beast too Either one would help greatly. I hate all this talk of OH PLEASE ive got Kevin Smith on my JUNK. He is a 6th rounder at best. And why take a RB when we have 2. Thats why they got rid of Booker. And Manningham is garbage his stock fell with his interview and drugs and that great test score. The only pick other than Godfrey ,Nicks, or Molden and Collins would be Dan Conner

The Dolphins with the 64th pick in the 2008 NFL draft select Kevin Smith RB University of Central Florida.:up: I agree DB is a pressing issue but we shouldn't have wasted that pick on Chad "SUCK ***" Henne:err:. Charles Godfrey was the man to take at that time. The truth Kevin is the pick whether you agree or not especially after trading Booker to Philly for the 4th rounder. Not only is Kevin better than a few of the backs already taken(i.e. chris johnson and matt forte) this particular regime has shown keen interest in him. So lets be real Kevin Smith is the next pick with our fourth round pick we go back to defense addressing either DB or DT. I say watch out for a hybrid DE/DT for the 3-4 scheme, there are some pretty athletic Trench Hogs left.
