I Think We Tweaked Our Logo!

Check out this logo that i saved at the top of the page where all of the teams logos are and just hover over ours and its a little bit different kind of like the one in the madden 2010 pics here http://insideblog.easports.com/default.aspx?PageIndex=3. I dont this is just a coincidense between the pics of a logo we've never used before in the madden pics and th logo on nfl.com. I dont think were changing out uniform though but changing our belt color from navy to orange like in the madden pics.
 
i see what you're saying...when you mouse over the logo on nfl.com it does that double-ring thing around the dolphin...wonder if that's always been the case?
 
if you actually go to the dolphins site the logo is different too... just go to miamidolphins.com or click it through the nfl website - the logo is diff
 
I want whatever the hell you guys are smoking. It's just a flash effect. Oh, and the orange belt in the screenshots for the Wildcat are a screwup.
 
I would have to argue we didn't change the logo due to the fact that we already released our 2009 NFL Draft Cap with our normal logo.

The screenshots of Madden are definitely interesting though. I don't see any changes to the Phins Website though.

EDIT: Wow looking at NFL.com makes me second guess myself. At first I just thought it was a flash affect but... going over all the teams on the main page 3 teams have an effect in which their logo moves like that.
The Fins, the Jags and the Niners. Niner and Jags are much more subtle, so pay attention. Both the Jags and the 9ers have gotten new uniforms. The Lions new logo is already there.
Maybe this is just a conspiracy theory, but we may be getting a change to something be it unis logo or both. Seems like it would be a pretty big coincidence.

Also the Lions also released their draft day cap with old logo so that point is moot.

definitely not an idiot. we changed the logo, guaranteed.
its a little bigger, the 2nd ring...kinda weird tho...wonder what itll really look like

hope the unis are kinda changed too....this is a totally new regime. new era...and were on the incline. we need something to identify ourselves with. im all for it.

coundlt see the changes in the jags and 9ers till u mentioned. thats wht gives it away....we the only 3. its changed...lookin forward to seein it on draft day.

When you look at the NFL.com page I don't think that will be the logo at all. You can see you images superimposed on itself. However the second logo is different. I think the second ring is an effect of flash. I think there may be a chance of the madden logo being true.
 
Hey says at the bottom that they are working on the Dolphins logo being too large. Nothing has changed.
 
Wouldn't there have been an announcement telling us this rather then them just leaving us to guess if its been changed or not?

You guys are hilarious getting this hyped over what you thought was a change. Just look at the logo on the jerseys in the screenshots, they are normal. :crazy:

No, it's very interesting that only the logos that are being changed are the ones that change when the mouse goes over...Oh the suspense!
 
well i for one, hope that they leave the logo alone. Fine, tweak the uni's a little bit.. add a bit more orange or something.. but please.. in the name of Danny Marino LEAVE THE LOGO ALONE!!
