I think that Vontae Davis will be Like Revis,,a very good tackler and a great CB..Revis side is known for not being tested kinda of like Nnamdi..If Vontae can get there than WOW!!

They both look the same the both are 5'11 and Weigh 205..They are both Physical and ****y.. :up:

We got a great corner in Vontae
 
hope he is better than Revis. revis and goodman had similar stats and goodman is pushing 40.. same amount of picks and FF's. Goodman had more break ups, but revis had a sack, a pick 6, and more tackles.

Yes but Goodman was challenged alot more than Revis
 
well every corner back will tell u that there the best but that doesn't mean there ****y it just mean that there confident
 
we'll see Revis was graded higher than Vontae..
Even though i hate the Jets, I know a nasty CB when i see one. Revis will be in 5 more ProBowls. Vontae hopefully can get 3 or more.
 
I would be happy if Vontae was as good as Revis. He will never be Asomugha but if he can be our #1 CB and so called shutdown guy then we got a steal at #25. Maybe we will hit the lottery and he will be the next Prime Time. I do think he will be one of themore physical CB in the league and will lay the wood on guys and cause some turnovers
 
i hope vontae will be good and ready. otherwise the secondary has trouble
 
I hope Vontae turns out to be a lot better then his older brother, and the FO keeps him on the right path.

We won't know anything about any of our drafted player until we see them playing against NFL talent. Hopefully he is good but to call him great at this point is just plain homerism at it's finest!

:foundout: lol do you know how long it took Aso to be Aso almost 4 years...
 
i remembered him getting burnt once hen he played nickel behind Phillip Buchanan and Charles woodson like his rookie year, it takes years for a CB and QB to develop into an elite player
