Shula had Griese and Marino for most of his years. In between, he had Woodley and Strock and still somehow managed to get to a super bowl, even leading the fourth quarter. But, today's game is so quarterback driven I can't imagine any coach having success with a Woodley/Strock type quarterback situation.

This build begins with finding a quarterback. I think all the fans agree on that. Rosen will be given a chance, but I bet the Dolphins are looking at Tua, Herbert etc.
