If TUA tells me he’s not ready I could respect that. Otherwise this feels like a BS PR move.
What worries me going forward is every time TUA takes a hit some imaginary spotter is gonna pull him from games even if he’s fine.

I’m not sure it’s a PR move on the Dolphins end. If it is any PR move, I’m more afraid of it being a PR move by the NFL, with the NFL doctors refusing to clear him.

I hate the thought of it, but Mike Florio recently posted an article a couple weeks ago, pondering if that would happen.

McDaniel alluded to Tua not even sure himself when he made the comment that Tua is starting to learn he needs to listen to the medical professionals. Also keep in mind Tua has a daughter now. His mindset pre and post being a parent has to be a little different now. I think he’ll come back next year ready to roll and we’ll have a top 5 offense and a new DC and new defensive look. Plus I think McDaniel will learn to balance his playcalling more. The future is still bright. Can’t even remember the last time we had a top 10 offense. It was a fun year.

Too bad, you aren't going to get that. It isn't his call anyway since he's not progressed through the concussion protocol.

This narrative that it’s a pr thing is so ridiculous.

they lied about a back injury and let him play after a concussion
the next week he suffered another concussion
he wasnt pulled from a game where he suffered a third concussion

this somehow turning into “oh this is crap…they’re just looking for a reason…”

THEY LITERALLY DIDNT LOOK FOR REASONS AND THATS WHY HES ****ED UP

You won't hear it. The NFL has the final say here and given the Damar incident there is no way Tua was ever going to be cleared to play this year. Not to mention, how huge would the feel good story be about the Bills winning their first Super Bowl the same year a player literally died on the field.

Just sayin'......it would make historical ratings.

Gotta say if that's the path they take and it's obvious I will be done with football.

If its a PR move, I really dont think its coming from the Fins side...
I definitely think it’s coming from the NFL side of things.
It lets the NFL say they are so worried about player safety but at our expense.

Besides we all know the Bills will get every single call in the playoffs and Super Bowl. So the they can have the parade with Damar at the front. It’s like the NFL version of a hallmark movie.

Disagree with OP.

Tua has millions of reasons why to say he’s OK.

That decision space was taken away from players by the NFL and Union, because of career and financial pressures to keep playing.
