I was awoken from a dream...

I have been up since 4:30am. I was waken by a good dream. In the dream it was a flashback. It was 2003 and I was on vacation in Paris. The phone rang at like 4am. I was trying to figure out who would be calling me then and all I can hear is cheering and yelling. It was the MNF game when we beat the pats!!! It might have been a meaningless to the season but to me here in Boston it made my return from vacation almost better than the vacation.

Anyway the dream just reminded me how much this team means to me. I also hope it was a sign of another upset brewing. So while we are all badmouthing the team and FO lets try to remember the few good moments we have had the past few years. It will get better. It has to. I had suffered for years as a Sox fan and Celtics fan so I know it can change.

Anyway sorry for rambling butthe dream built up all the pre game anxiety and I cant sleep. Lets all just hope for the best today and maybe pull off a great upset and start to right this ship. I will be surrounded by Pats fans so it would be extra special to have some bragging rights. Everyone enjoy the game.

I remember that game, very awesome. I kept thinking that whole last drive "we're gonna pull this off". Not sure if we can pull off the upset tomorrow, but I'll be watching and rooting for our Phins. Most fans here are loyal to this team, mostly because we've only won once in our last twenty one games, so even though most are critical, we all love our Phins.

Lets beat them Patsies! GO PHINS!
 
I cried like a baby that night! lol Then the next time I shed a tear was the Baltimore game last year...

Let's hope for some tears today...i am emotionally retarded. ;)
 
Man, It's been really tough on me as a fin fan. I am 21 and have been a fin fan forever, but I never was a "true" fan. I never really got into football or something I don't know what it is. Ever since three years ago I got really involved with the dolphins. I mean I can name everyone on the dolphins roster, I know how the our rivals records at all time, and I know who will play the fins 4-5 weeks ahead of time. I guess I somewhat of a fantic now lol. I don't have much good memories but I love the dolphins regardless. They still bring me back good memories watching the game with my cousins when I was little. What's reallly cool is that I do remember that game. Man, I can't wait to rock the Pats!!
 
I think New England is up 21-0 already......go back to sleep....

Didn't see the game, I was on vacation in Iraq, but I hope your dream comes through. You are absolutely right about the badmouthing part. It will change and we will be contenders again.
 
I was on a ship in Trinidad when we beat patriots that year. We beat the bears right before I left. It sucked not being able to watch the game but it was awesome to hear the news way down there.
 
I had a dream last night that Danny Devito was nailing Halle Berry from behind at a water fountain.

There he was standing on a box nailing her as she drank water.

What do you guys suppose that means?
