One preseason game, even more so one f*ing play, would have change this message board. It is all agreed that we need the preseason to get some gel between the coaches and the players. I am as crazed fan as anyone, but no way am I going to let one play in the FIRST preseason game doubt my Fins.

You are right.Overeaction is the norm on fan MBs .If Berlin had thrown a TD there would be at least a dozen threads claiming he should be the starting QB and there would be a dozen more when he gets cut.

I would still be disappointed in our play even if we had wonthe game. I can care less about wins or loses in pre-season and I know that there is much time to improve before the season starts. Im just not happy that the weeknesses on this team are still so glaring... I hope we can turn it around by the time we line up against the Broncos....

I've read some of your post, and you are one of the select few who seem level headed. Its nice to know not everyone in here needs prozac.

The next to last preseason game is the one where the starters play the longest and the game planning actually occurs. This is all about evaluation. It's the first time in a year they faced real opponents, and with a totally new sccheme offensively and defensively. They didn't even plan anything and played very vanilla compared to whats in both playbooks. I think it served its purpose.

Donald Lee needs to try to repair his confidence somewhere else.
We need to further eval the line and then get them to work together enough so they're a cohesive group. Mckinney looks like a backup.
Derrius Thompson better watch his back with Chambers, Boston Booker, Gilmore(who looked good last year as well).
Frerotte is more capable than Fiedler and Fielder has an excellent winning percentage.
Feeley has got the arm and is getting a better understanding just needs to look off defenders.
The D has to learn the playbook and Howard needs to improve. Daniels looked good. Schulters didd a fair job especially since he's only been here a week.

instead of ripping the qbs I will say that i am most disapointed in ricky, the oline and the secondary. I really hope for our sake that keep kay-jay harris and heath evans and jamar martin. i really liked our play from the te's mainly alex holmes .loreznso diamond, and there was another but i forgot his name and it wasnt lee . wr s i hope like hell we keep welker, gillmore, and davis. can someone tell me who the heck is raider i loved his play is he a te or wr ?
